Sins of the Jews

22:1 Then the word of YAHWEH יְהֹוָה

came to me, saying,
22:2 Now, you son of man, will you judge, will you judge the bloody city? yes, you shall show her all her abominations.
22:3 Then you say, So says Adonaiהָאָדוֹן
 the Lord, Pluralis majestatis taken as singular) is the possessive form of adon (“Lord”), along with the first-person singular pronoun enclitic. As with Elohim, Adonai’s grammatical form is usually explained as a plural of majesty. For more info click here

22:4 You have become guilty in your blood that you have shed; and have defiled yourself in your idols which you have made; and you have caused your days to draw near, and are come even to your years: So have I made you a scorn to the nationsלַגּוֹיִם

22:5 Those that are near, and those that be far from you, shall mock you, who are infamous and much irritated.
22:6 See, the rulers of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל

22:7 In you have they set light by father and mother: in the middle of you have they dealt by oppression with the stranger: in you have they irritated the fatherless and the widow.
22:8 You have despised My Holy Things קָדָשַׁי

22:9 In you are men that carry tales to shed blood: and in you they eat on the mountains: in the middle of you they commit lewdness.
22:10 In you have they uncovered their forefathers’ nakedness: in you have they humbled her that was set apart for pollution.
22:11 And one has committed abomination with his neighbor’s wife; and another has lewdly defiled his daughter in law; and another in you has humbled his sister, his father’s daughter.
22:12 In you have they taken gifts to shed blood; you have taken usury and increase, and you have greedily gained of your neighbors by extortion, and have forgotten Me, says Adonaiהָאָדוֹן

22:13 Look, So I have sstruck my hand at your dishonest gain that you have made, and at your blood which has been among you.

is to me become dross: all they are bronze, and tin, and iron, and lead, in the middle of the furnace; they are even the dross of silver.
22:19 So says Adonaiהָאָדוֹן

22:22 Like silver is melted in the middle of the furnace, so shall ya’ll be melted in the middle of it; and ya’ll shall know that I YAHWEH יְהֹוָה

22:25 There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the middle of it, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken the treasure and precious things; they have made her many widows in the middle of it.
22:26 Her priestכֹּהֲנֶיהָ

22:27 Her rulers in the middle of it are like wolves ravening the prey, to shed blood, and to destroy livesנְפָשׁוֹת
