Published Social Statistics
Herbert Spencer

was an agnostic English philosopher named Herbert Spencer. He published Social Statistics: “Man and society followed the laws of cold science, not the will of a caring, almighty God. Man, and society were evolving according to their inherited nature. Through evolution, the “fittest” would naturally continue to perfect society. The “unfit” would naturally become more impoverished, less educated and ultimately die off, as well they should.” He completely denounced charity
and instead extolled the purifying elimination of the “unfit.1

U.S. borrows $260,000,000.00
Colossal profits for the banks

The United States borrowed $260,000,000.00, a transaction that produced colossal
profits for the banks that were authorized to sell U.S. bonds -- August Belmont (the
Rothschilds), J. and W. Seligman Brothers, and Drexel, Morgan & Company. They
sold the bonds at a profit of from one to four percent above the price which they paid to
the U.S. Government. 7

The Niagara Bible Conference

Southern ministers had gradually come to believe that the defeat of the Confederacy was the result of the prevalence of drunkenness, card playing,
cussing, and dancing among Confederate troops and civilians. A group of Christian bible scholars met for the first time at Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, near Niagara Falls to
established the principles of Christian fundamentalism. The Niagara Bible Conference met every year from 1883 through 1897. 8

1885
Francis J. Galton
Eugenic equations calculated

an English explorer and anthropologist Francis J. Galton claimed that heredity transmitted physical features, as well as mental, emotional and creative qualities.
He ultimately reduced all notions of heritage to a series of complex, albeit fatally flawed, eugenic equations which could be calculated, managed and sharpened into a “highly gifted race of men by judicious marriages during several consecutive
generations.” Galton was Darwin’s cousin. 9

Sherman Silver Purchase Act
Increased the amount of silver the government required to purchase

the Sherman Silver Purchase Act became a federal law. It increased the
amount of silver the government was required to purchase on a recurrent monthly basis
to 4.5 million ounces. It had been passed in response to the growing complaints of
farmers' and miners' interests. Farmers had immense debts that could not be paid off due
to deflation. It would boost the economy and cause inflation, allowing them to pay their
debts with cheaper dollars. Mining companies had extracted vast quantities of silver from
western mines, resulting in oversupply which drove down the price of their product, often
to below the point at which the silver could be profitably extracted. They hoped to enlist
the government to increase the demand for silver. 10

1891
Victoria Woodhull
If superior people are desired, they must be bred
Victoria_Claflin_Woodhull_by_Mathew_Brady2

feminist author Victoria Woodhull promoted the belief that both positive and negative breeding were indispensable for social improvement -- “The best minds of today
have accepted the fact that if superior people are desired, they must be bred; and if
imbeciles, criminals, paupers and [the] otherwise unfit are undesirable citizens they must
not be bred.” 11

1893
Worst economic depression in US history
Morgan and Belmont demanded payment in gold

a gold hoarding panic resulted in a contraction of bank credit across America that triggered the worst economic depression in US history. Colluding London banks, acting via instructions from Morgan and Belmont (now the former Rothschilds American representative), right on cue, sold the millions of US Treasury securities they held, and demanded payment in gold. The US Treasury, by law, was allowed to pay for redeemed bonds in either gold or silver. The powerful silver lobby naturally urged that the Treasury pay in silver not gold. He paid in gold. 12

May to October 1893
Great Depression
The gold panic severely cut into US Government tax revenues

National bank loans contracted by an alarming $318 million and rates on bank money hit 70% as banks and private individuals frantically sought gold. The gold panic severely cut into US Government tax revenues, increasing the deficit, and forcing the Treasury to use its increasingly scarce gold reserves to pay current expenses, further impacting gold reserves. 13 The nation experienced a Great Depression that lasted for four full years; spending for capital goods collapsed, profits plunged, and the depression hit the cities en masse -- 15,000 businesses, 600 banks, and 74 railroads failed. There was severe unemployment and wide-scale protesting, which in some cases turned violent. At the peak, some estimates put the jobless figure as high as 25%.

1895
Niagara Bible Conference
Five Points of Fundamentalism

The Niagara Bible Conference developed its famous “Five Points of

Fundamentalism.” The following five beliefs are essential for a person to be a true Christian:

(1) Belief in the Virgin Birth of Jesus Christ;

(2) Belief in the Atonement of Jesus for human sins;

(3) Belief in the physical Resurrection of Jesus;

(4) Belief in the imminent return of Jesus to earth; and Belief in the inerrancy of the Christian Bible.

1895
Repeal of Sherman Silver Act
Drexel, Morgan and Company reorganized as J.P. Morgan

Drexel, Morgan and Company reorganized as J.P. Morgan and Company.14 President Cleveland, advised by Morgan and Belmont, called a Special Session of Congress to repeal the Sherman Silver Act.15 President Cleveland arranged for Morgan to create a private syndicate on Wall Street to supply the US Treasury with $65 million in gold to float a bond issue that restored the treasury surplus of gold to $100 million. The Treasury bonds were sold at rock-bottom sweetheart prices exclusively to the Morgan-Belmont syndicate, not to the general public. Morgan then resold the bonds at hefty premium to smaller regional banks and insurance companies, making a handsome profit at both ends of the deal. 16

1897
Waves of mergers
Northern Securities Corporation of New Jersey

It was an umbrella corporation consisted of 112 corporations worth $22 billion in assets. It was controlled by J. P. Morgan and John D. Rockefeller.17 J. P. Morgan & Co. controlled no fewer than 72 directorships in 47 major US corporations worth a combined $2,104,000,000.18

Virginia
Montgomery County Sheriff raids the hill families considered socially inadequate

The Brush Mountain hill folk clan, like many of the clans scattered throughout the isolated Appalachian slopes, lived in abject poverty. On a typical day, the Montgomery County Sheriff drove up unannounced onto Brush Mountain and began one of his many raids against the hill families considered socially inadequate. The warrants stated the people he rounded up were classified as “unfit” - “unfit to exist in nature.”33 On this day, the Montgomery County Sheriff grabbed six brothers from one family. Earlier they had taken the sister of brothers and two cousins. They were taken special destinations, one of which was the Western State Hospital. It was formerly known as the Western Lunatic Asylum. It was once known for its so-called “moral therapy” devised by Director Dr. Francis T. Stribling, who later became one of the thirteen founding members of the American Psychiatric Association.

Now Western State Hospital housed not only those deemed insane, but also those deemed “feebleminded.Even though no one was quite sure how “feebleminded” was defined, county authorities were certain that “the hill folk were indeed mentally and genetically defective.” Therefore, they would not be permitted to breed more of “their kind.”34 These simple mountain people were systematically sterilized under a Virginia law compelling such operations for those ruled unfit. Often, the teenage boys and girls placed under the surgeon’s knife did not really comprehend the ramifications. Sometimes they were told they were undergoing an appendectomy or some other unspecified procedure. Generally, they were released after the operation. Many did not discover why they could not bear children until decades later when the truth was finally revealed to them by local Virginia investigative reporters and government reformers.35

Virginia’s victims were among some 60,000 Americans who were forcibly sterilized across the United States, almost half of them lived in California.36

The Carnegie Institution
Withdrew its funding

The Carnegie Institution's withdrew its funding of these programs.

American eugenicists sought to methodically terminate all the racial and ethnic groups, and social classes, they disliked or feared. It was nothing less than America’s legalized campaign to breed a super race — and not just any super race. They wanted a purely Germanic and Nordic super race, enjoying biological dominion over all others. Nor was America’s crusade a mere domestic crime. Using the power of money, prestige and international academic exchanges, American eugenicists exported their philosophy to nations throughout the world.

1939-1945
Adolf Hitler “militarized eugenics.”
By 1945, 60,000,000 would be dead

By 1945, 15,000,000 soldiers and 45,000,000 civilians would be dead.
25,000,000 soldiers would be wounded.

How did this happen? Konrad Lorenz, animal behaviorist, Nobel laureate, was cofounder of the field of ethology, a regular on nature TV programs. Grandfatherly Konrad, in his Austrian shorts and suspenders, being followed by his imprinted baby geese. Below is a an example of what he taught his viewers:

The immensely high reproduction rate in the moral imbecile has long been established . . . Socially inferior human material is enabled . . . to penetrate and finally to annihilate the healthy nation. The selection for toughness, heroism, social utility . . . must be accomplished by some human institution of mankind, in default of selective factors, is not to be ruined by domestication- induced degeneracy. The racial idea as the basis of our state has already accomplished much in this respect. We must -- and should — rely on the healthy feelings of our Best and charge them . . . with the extermination of elements of the population loaded with dregs.”

Dr. Karl Brandt was a German physician who served as Adolf Hitler’s personal physician and became the highest medical authority in the Nazi regime. The young doctor impressed the Nazi leader so much that Hitler asked him to become his personal physician. The ambitious doctor was so successful in winning Hitler’s trust that over the years he rose in prominence in Nazi Germany. When Hitler planned to implement an involuntary euthanasia scheme to dispose of the citizens he deemed useless, he chose Brandt to head the program. He was the administrator of the Aktion T4 euthanasia program. Over a period of two years, he masterminded the extermination of thousands of people and also performed cruel medical experiments on the civilians and prisoners-of- war. 70,273 people were killed at various hospitals in Germany and Austria. He was arrested, tried in the Nuremberg Trials, and sentenced to death by a U.S. military tribunal.
Along with doctors; scientists; military officers; Judges of the Ministry of Justice and high- ranking court administrators; employees of the SS Main Economic and Administrative Office; officers and directors of corporations; leading officials of the Race and Settlement Main Office, the Main Staff Office of the Reich Commissioner for the Strengthening of Germanism, the Lebensborn (Fount of Life) Society, the Office for Repatriation of Ethnic Germans; and members of the German diplomatic corps.

The Middle East

Most of the countries in the Middle East achieved independence in the late 1940s and 1950s, wrote historian Albert Hourani “by manipulation of political forces, both internal and external, and by negotiations which were relatively peaceful, in spite of moments of popular disturbance.” The early leaders were mostly royals and educated elites that were able to win independence but were unable to appeal to ordinary people and rule with popular support.Bernard Lewis wrote: “Western-style parties and parliament almost inevitably ended in corrupt tyrannies, maintained by repression and indoctrination. The only European model that worked, in the sense of accomplishing its purposes, was the one-party dictatorship.”37
