25:1 O YAHWEH יְהֹוָה‎

25:2 Because you have made the city into a pile;  a fortified town into a ruin: a palace of strangers to be a city no more;  never to be rebuilt.
25:3 So shall the strong people honor you, the city of the oppressing nations shall fear you.
25:4 Because You have been a fortress to the poor, a fortress to the needy in their distress, a shelter from the storm, a shade from the burning heat, when the wind of the oppressors are like a storm [against] the wall.
25:5 You shall reduce the commotion of strangers, like the heat in a dry place; even the heat with the shade of a cloud: the song of the ruthless ones shall be stilled.
25:6 And on this mountain shall YAHWEH יְהֹוָה‎

25:9 And they shall say on that day, see, this is our Elohim אֱלֹהֵינוּ

25:11 And He shall stretch out His hand in the middle of them, like a swimmer spreads out his hands to swim: and he shall humiliate their pride together with the deceit of their hands.
25:12 And the fortress of the your powerful walls he shall topple, level, [and] bring to the ground, into the dust.
