Obadiah’s vision
1:1 The vision of Obadiah(/ˌoʊbəˈdaɪ.ə/; Hebrew: עֹבַדְיָה – ʿŌḇaḏyā or עֹבַדְיָהוּ – ʿŌḇaḏyāhū; “servant of Yah”, or “Slave of Yah [YHWH]”), also known as Abdia. So says Adonaiאֲדֹנָי

1:5 If thieves come to you, if robbers of the night, (how utterly cut off you are !) wouldn’t they steal [only] till they had enough? if the grape gatherers came to you, wouldn’t they leave gleanings?
1:6 How has Esau been searched out! how are his hidden things sought up!
1:7 All the men of your covenant have dismissed you even to the border: the men that were at peaceשָׁלוֹם

1:13 You shouldn’t have entered into the gate of My people in the day of their calamity; nor should you have looked on his evil on the day of his calamity, nor extended [you hands] to his wealth on the day of their calamity;
1:14 Nor should you have stood in the crossroads, to cut off those of his that escaped; Nor should you have locked up his survivors in the day of misfortune.
1:15 For the day of YAHWEH יְהֹוָה
