Wisdom promises godliness and safety

2:1 My son, if you will accept my words, and treasure My commandmentsוּמִצְוֺתַי

2:2 making your ears attentive to wisdom, incline your heart to understanding;
2:3 Because, if you call out to understanding, and lift up your voice for insight;
2:4 If you seek it like silver, and if search for it like for hidden treasures;
2:5 Then will you understand the fear of YAHWEH יְהֹוָה

2:7 He stores up sound wisdom for the upright: He is a shield to those that walk [in] innocence.
2:8 He guard the paths justiceמִשְׁפָּט
