Isaiah Chapter 41

Israel Encouraged


41:1 Keep quiet before Me, O islands; and let the nations renew strength: let them approach; then let them speak: let us approach united for judgment.
41:2 Who stirred up the righteous צֶדֶק

41:5 The isles saw and feared; the ends of the earth trembled, they approached and came.
41:6 Each man helped his neighbor [worship idols]; and say to his brother, Be strong.
41:7 The woodworker encourages the goldsmith, the polisher encourages the hammerer, saying of the soldering, This is good: and he fastens [the idol] with nails, so that it can’t be moved.
41:8 But you, Israel, My servant, Jacobיַעֲקֹב

41:10 Don’t fear; because I am with you: don’t be distressed; because I am your Elohim אֱלֹהֶיךָ

41:22 Let them bring out [their prophets], and let them tell us what will happen: Tell us the former things, what they are, so that we can reflect on them and understand their consequences; or tell us about events yet to come.
