Hezekiah proclaims a Passover

30:1 AND Hezekiahחִזְקִיָּהוּ‎
(/ˌhɛzɪˈkaɪ.ə/; romanized: Ḥīzqīyyahū), or Ezekias[c] (born c. 741 BCE, sole ruler c. 716/15–687/86 or 697–642), was the son of Ahaz and the 13th king of Judah

30:4 And the thing pleased the king and all the congregation.

30:12 Also in Judah the hand of God was to give them one heart to do the commandment of the king and of the princes, by the word of YAHWEH יְהֹוָה

king of Judah did give to the congregation a thousand steers and seven thousand sheep; and the princes gave to the congregation a thousand steers and ten thousand sheep: and a great number of priests sanctified themselves.
30:25 And all the congregation of Judah, with the priests and the Levitesלְוִיִּם
