24:1 See, YAHWEH יְהֹוָה

24:4 The land mourns [and] withers, the world languishes [and] withers, the exalted people of the land grow weak.
24:5 The land will be polluted because of its inhabitants; because they have transgressed the Torah תּוֹרָה

24:12 In the city desolation has remained, and the gate is battered in ruin.

24:14 They shall lift up their voices, they shall sing of the greatness of YAHWEH יְהֹוָה

In Hebrew grammatical construct is a way of connecting noun-noun pairs. 24:16 From the edge of the earth have we heard songs, “glory to the righteous”. But I say, “My lot is to waste away, my lot is to waste away”, Woe is me! the treacherous have dealt with treachery; with the treachery of the treacherous have they dealt treacherously.
24:17 Fear, and the hole, and the trap, are waiting for you , O inhabitant of the land.
24:18 And it shall so happen, that whoever escapes from the sound of the fear shall fall into the pit; and whoever climbs out of the pit shall be caught in the trap: because the windows are opened from above , and the foundations of the earth shall shake.
24:19 Broken, broken is the land, crumbled, crumbled is the land, trembling, trembling is the land.
24:20 The land shall stagger like a drunkard, and sway like a shack; and its sins shall be heavy on it; and it shall fall, never rise again.
24:21 And it shall so happen on that day, that YAHWEH יְהֹוָה
