23:1 Woe be to the shepherds that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! says YAHWEH יְהֹוָה‎

23:3 And I will gather the remainder of my flock out of all countries where I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they will be fruitful and increase.
