3:4 And His glow was like the light; He had rays of light coming out of His hand: and there His was the hidden of strength [revealed].
3:5 Before Him goes plague , pestilence went out as His advanced.
3:6 He stood, and measured out the land: he looked, and dispersed nations; and the Ancient mountains were shattered, the eternal hills laid low: his ways are everlasting.
3:7 Because of [our] iniquity I saw the tents of Cushan (Ethiopia): and the curtains of the land of Midian trembled.
3:8 Was YAHWEH יְהֹוָה

3:9 Your bow bared itself; the oaths to the tribes an enduring word. Selah. You have cut through the earth [with] rivers.
3:10 The mountains saw You, and they trembled: the flood of the water flowed: the deep raised its voice, and the heights [ of heaven] raised their hands.
3:11 The sun and moon stood still in their habitation: [Israel] would travel by the light of Your arrows, and at the lightning flash of Your spear.
3:12 In fury You marched the land in anger, You stomped the nations.
3:13 You went out to save Your people, to save Your anointed מָשִׁיחַ

3:14 You pierced through the head 0f his warriors with his own staffs: that came out like a storm to scatter me: their joy came when could devour the poor man secretly.
3:15 You stomped [them] in the sea with Your horses, through the mountains of great water.
3:16 When I heard, my belly trembled; my lips quivered at the voice: rottenness entered into my bones, and I trembled in myself, because I should have rested in the day of trouble: for he comes up to the people, he will invade them with his troops.

3:17 Although the fig tree shall not blossom, and fruit isn’t on the vines; the labor of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no food; the sheep shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no cattle in the stalls:
3:18 Yet I will rejoice in YAHWEH יְהֹוָה

In Hebrew grammatical construct is a way of connecting noun-noun pairs. In english, we use “of”, but in Hebrew there are quite a few ways of doing this. של is usually used in place of “of” in Hebrew, but in this case, we modify the first word, with the suffix “ey” (which is what we do for plural words, which God’s name is in Torah), i.e. God of Abraham becomes Elohei Avraham.
