Rebellious Judah and Israel

3:1  If a man divorces his wife, and she leaves him, and marries another man, can he return to her again? Wouldn’t that bring profound guilt on the land? But you have committed adultery with many lovers; yet you want to return to me?, says YAHWEH יְהֹוָה‎

3:3 For this reason the showers have been withheld, and the spring rain hasn’t come. Yet you had the boldness of a harlot woman, you refused to be ashamed.
3:4 If only from now on you would call Me , My Father, You are the friend of my youth?
3:5 Will he bear a grudge forever? Or keep it in mind right to the end? Look, you say this but kept doing evil deeds as much as you could.
