10:1 Now when Ezraעֶזְרָא

10:11 Now make confession to YAHWEH יְהֹוָה

Elohim ofאלֹהֵי
In Hebrew grammatical construct is a way of connecting noun-noun pairs. In english, we use “of”, but in Hebrew there are quite a few ways of doing this. של is usually used in place of “of” in Hebrew, but in this case, we modify the first word, with the suffix “ey” (which is what we do for plural words, which God’s name is in Torah), i.e. God of Abraham becomes Elohei Avraham. also can be of my – See Elohim for more info click here

10:12 Then all the congregation answered and said with a loud voice, Right! according to your word [it] is on us to do.
10:13 But the people [are] many, and it is a time of heavy rain, and we are not able to stand outside, and the work is not one or two
days: For we have greatly sinned in this thing.
10:14 Please let our rulers of all the congregation stand, and let all those who [have] lived foreign wives in our cities come at an appointed time, and with them the elders of each city, and its judges, until the fierce wrath of our Elohim אֱלֹהֵינוּ

10:15 Only Jonathan the son of Asahel (God-made) and Jahaziah the son of Tikvah (meaning hope) made a stand against this. And Meshullam (meaning friend) and Shabbethai the Levite supported them.
