17:1 You will not sacrifice to YAHWEH יְהֹוָה

which there is blemish, [or] any evil thing for that [is] a hateful thing to YAHWEH יְהֹוָה

17:2 When there is found among you, in one of your gates which YAHWEH יְהֹוָה

is giving to y’all , man or woman, that which is evil in the sight of YAHWEH יְהֹוָה

, in transgressing His covenant,
17:3 And has gone and served other gods, and worshiped them, or the sun, or moon, or any of the host of the heavens, that I have not commanded ;
17:4 And it has been revealed to y’all , and y’all have heard [of it], and searched carefully, and, observed, [it is] true, [and] the thing confirmed, [that] this hateful thing has been done in Israel
17:5 Then will you bring out to your gates that man or that woman, who has that evil thing, the man or the woman, and will stone them with stones, till they die.
17:6 At the mouth of two witnesses, or three witnesses, shall he that is to be put to death. H
e shall not be put to death at the mouth of one witness .
17:7 The hands of the witnesses shall be the first on him to put him to death, and afterward the hands of all the people. So you will put the evil away from among you.
17:8 If  a matter too hard for y’all in judgment, between blood and blood, between cause and cause, and between stroke and stroke, matters of strife within your gates then will you get up, and go to the place which YAHWEH יְהֹוָה

shall choose ;
17:9 And you will come to the priests of the Levitesלְוִיִּם
/ˈliːvaɪt/ LEE-vyte;romanized: Lǝvīyyīm) or Levi are Jewish males who claim patrilineal descent from the Tribe of Levi. The Tribe of Levi descended from Levi, the third son of Jacob and Leah. The surname Halevi, which consists of the Hebrew definite article “ה” Ha- (‘the’) plus Levi (‘Levite’) is not conclusive regarding being a Levite; a titular use of HaLevi indicates being a Levite. The daughter of a Levite is a Bat Levi (Bat being Hebrew for ‘daughter’) For more info click here
, and to the judge who is in those days, and inquire ; and they shall declare the sentence of judgment to y’all.
17:10 And you will do according to the word, which they declare to y’all from that place which YAHWEH יְהֹוָה

shall choose shall show y’all ; and you will observe to do according to all that they direct y’all.
17:11 Ya’ll shall do according to the sentence of the Torahתּוֹרָה‎

which they shall teach y’all , and according to the judgment which they shall tell y’all , you will do you will not decline from the word which they shall declare y’all , [to] the right hand, or [to] the left.
17:12 And the man who acts with pride as not listen to the priest that is standing to serve YAHWEH יְהֹוָה

, or to the judge, even that man shall die and you will put away the evil from Israel.
17:13 And all the people shall hear, and fear, and shall not presume any more.

gives y’all , and will possess it, and settle in it, and y’all will say, I will set a king over me, like as all the nations that [are] around me;
17:15 You will certainly set [him] king over y’all. whom YAHWEH יְהֹוָה

shall choose [one] from among your brothers will you set king over y’all you may not set a stranger over y’all , who [is] not your brother.

17:16 But he shall not multiply horses to himself, or cause the people to return to Egypt, as to

17:17 Neither shall he multiply wives to himself, that
turn his heart aside and he  shall not greatly multiply to himself silver and gold.
17:18 And it shall be, when he sits upon the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write himself a copy of this Torahתּוֹרָה‎

17:19 And it shall be with him, and he shall read in it all the days of his life that he may learn to fear YAHWEH יְהֹוָה
