Job Chapter 32

Elihu’s anger

32:1 So these three men ceased to answer Job, because he [was] righteous in his own eyes.
32:2 Then
the anger of Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite of the kindred of Ram was kindled against Job, because he justified himself rather than Elohim אֱלֹהִים
romanized: ʾĔlōhīm: [(ʔ)eloˈ(h)im]), the plural of אֱלוֹהַּ‎ (ʾĔlōah), is a Hebrew word meaning “gods”. Although the word is plural, in the Hebrew Bible it most often takes singular verbal or pronominal agreement and refers to a single deity particularly the God of Israel In other verses it refers to the singular gods of other nations or to deities in the plural A name for GOD — God The Creator
.
32:3 Also his anger was kindled against his three friends , because they hadn’t found an answer, and yet had condemned Job.
32:4 Now Elihu had waited till Job had spoken, because they were older than he.
32:5 When Elihu saw that there was no answer came from the mouths of these three men, then his anger was kindled.
32:6 And Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite answered and said, I am young, and ya’ll are very old; so I was afraid, and dare not make
my knowledge known to you .
32:7 I said, Days should speak, and many years should teach wisdom.
32:8 But there is a spirit in man: and the spirit of Shaddaiשַׁדַּי
romanized: Šaddāy; or Shaddai is one of the names of the God of Israel. El Shaddai is conventionally translated into English as God Almighty (Deus Omnipotens in Latin, Arabic: الله عزوجل, romanized: ʾAllāh ʿazzawajal), but its original meaning is unclear. gives them understanding.
32:9 Great men aren’t always wise: nor do the aged understand justice.
32:10 Then I say, Listen to me; I also will make you understand my knowledge.

Elihu reprimands Job’s three friends

32:11 See, I waited for your words; I listened to your reasons, while ya’ll searched out what to say.
32:12 Up to now, I paid attention to you, and, see, not one one of you that convinced Job, or that answered his words:
32:13 Lest ya’ll should say, We have found out wisdom: EL אֵל
‎Transliteration:ēl Pronunciation:ale — masculine noun — God, god-like one, mighty one occurs 245 times in 235 verses in the WLC Hebrew click here
drives him away, not man.
32:14 Now he has not directed his words against me: I won’t answer him with your speeches.
32:15 They were dismayed, they didn’t respond anymore: they stopped speaking.

Elihu zeal to speak

32:16 Shall I wait, (because they didn’t speak, but remained, and didn’t answer;)
32:17 I said, I will answer also my share, I also will give my opinion.
32:18 Because I am full of words, the spirit inside me restrained me.
32:19 See, my belly is like wine that has no vent; it is ready to bursts like new skins.
32:20 I will speak, that I may be relieved: I will open my lips and answer.
32:21 I will not show favor to any man, nor let me give flattering titles to any man.
32:22 Because I don’t  know how to give flattering titles; in so doing my Maker would soon take me away.
