17:1 NOW the Philistines assembled their armies for battle, and were massed at Shochoh of Judah, and encamped between Shochoh and Azekah, at Ephes-dammim.

17:3 With the Philistines stationed on a hill on the one side, and Israel stationed on a hill on the other side: and there was a valley between them.

17:10 And the Philistine said, I defy the ranks of Israel this day; get me a man and let’s fight it out!.
